WHY USE US?

Occasionally, lawyers do waive their fees already incurred in an appropriate case. So why not ask? You are not entitled to any waiver if the fees have been properly charged to you, so it is entirely under the discretion of the lawyer concerned as to whether to waive any fees that are properly due. But you lose nothing by asking.
