WHY USE US?

A voluntary arrangement is the name given to an official Government scheme that is a bit like going bankrupt, but without actually going bankrupt.

There are broadly speaking two different sorts, the individual voluntary arrangement (IVA), and the company voluntary arrangement (CVA).
