Often nowadays you sign a Contract and it's all full of small print that you never really bother reading because you assume it is all standard stuff and you wouldn't be allowed to change it anyway even if you asked.
Because of this the law has developed a concept of an unfair term which you don't necessarily have to comply with and which is not necessarily binding because you did not really know about it even though you signed for it. This can be quite a tricky area so do contact us for detailed advice.
