Please note that they act solely as representatives of their firm, not in any personal capacity. They do not undertake any personal legal responsibility for the services rendered to you (even if you are on first name terms!). This legal responsibility rests solely with the firm. This applies even if the caseworker concerned is a partner in or member of the firm or otherwise very senior.
