WHY USE US?

There may be other people involved with your case, apart from the caseleader. They are called caseworkers, and you may deal with them occasionally. Caseworkers are usually (but not necessarily) less well qualified and/or experienced than the caseleader, and they act under the instructions and (where appropriate) supervision of the caseleader. Occasionally a caseworker will be more experienced or qualified than the caseleader, eg when the matter is specifically referred upwards for a consultation or written advice.
