In law you're entitled to call yourself whatever you like. You do not have to remain stuck with the name you were given at birth, nor do you have to change it when you get married or for any other reason.
If you do want to change it, then you need a Change of Name Deed, or a Deed Poll, and we are the experts and can advise you on this.
