WHY USE US?

On what is technically called the Small Claims Track, but more commonly called the Small claims court, there are virtually no costs awarded at all. This is because the Small Claims Track is designed for use by consumers and so they are encouraged not to use lawyers so that it is cheaper for all concerned, and the rules are designed to encourage people to not use lawyers by making it impossible for them to get legal costs back even if they do.
