Our terms of business provide for, to the exclusion of all other persons whatsoever,

  • - the sole responsibility of the lawyer and the sole entitlement of the client(s); and
  • - the sole liability of the clients for fees due to the lawyer irrespective of any agreement of anybody else to reimburse the client; and
  • - the lawyer's liability to be limited to the amount of their insurance cover
