WHY USE US?

Assignment is the name given to the process whereby an existing tenant or lessee sells the remaining term of their lease to a new tenant or lessee, or, in the jargon, assigns it to them.

Assignments are not always permitted, very often they will require the landlord or lessor's consent, and in any event they are always very complicated. Both the existing tenant/lessee and the potential new tenant/lessee need to understand precisely what they are getting into.
