WHY USE US?

Costs can be controlled in advance by use of what is called a Costs Capping Order. This is where a party goes to the court early on in the litigation specifically for an order that the costs incurred in fighting the case will not exceed a certain amount. These applications are rare and they are not readily granted, but they happen occasionally.
