Do you have a clear idea of what it's going to cost you? Can you afford it? And do you really think it's worth all that money to achieve whatever it is you are seeking to achieve by the court proceedings?
Remember also that you might lose, and if you do it will then cost you a whole lot more on top of your own legal fees. Could you afford that? Is the principle at stake worth it even if you lose?
