WHY USE US?

Once you have gathered all your information, you might need help from an expert. Or you might need help from an expert to help you decide what information you need to gather.

For example you might need medical advice because you have been injured and might want to make a claim. Or you might want the help of a surveyor because you have a query about where the boundary is. In all those cop shows on the tv you often see experts performing autopsies and suchlike.

Generally, experts are the only witnesses who are allowed to state their opinions, as opposed to facts. But the opinion has to state the facts on which it is based and be within their area of expertise. And their opinion has to be their opinion, not yours; you are not allowed to hire an expert just to say what you want them to say. Experts are not supposed to be 'hired guns'.

For legal processes all expert evidence, needs to be initially in writing and signed in a proper legal format. If you are not going through a legal process an expert might be willing to help you less formally, sometimes by word of mouth only. But that is relatively rare. Most experts need to report in writing, and the value of their opinion is less if it is not in writing. But that is up to you. We can help you however you want to do it.
