Support Staff
Support staff are the core to any organisation running effectively. We place a lot of trust and confidence in our support staff and in return we provide a good working environment, flexible hours to suit and career progression if that is the way you would like to go.
Administrative Support
In this day and age, in a medium sized company with a few offices all jobs require a hands on approach. We do not apply exceptions to our administrative staff, in fact there is little difference to legal assistants if you have the right approach, attitude and motivation.
Many of our current legal assistants originally came to us as administrative assistants and have been trained and progressed and have a long and enjoyable career with us.
There are other roles in the firm that are more stable, it is not a requirement of an administrative assistant to become a legal assistant. Otherwise we would always be recruiting. However we want those with the talent to know that there are the opportunities available here.
We have recently increased the amount of administrative support that we have and as such there are no present vacancies however occasionally a position becomes vacant or a new position arises due to demand.
If you therefore think you have the skills we can use to help run the firm more efficiently and effectively then please contact us. LPC graduates are generally not suitable for these roles because in actual fact they are seeking training contracts. Legal Support
Legal support at Wilsons consists of paralegals (see current vacanices), legal secretaries and PA’s.
Legal secretaries are generally assigned to one or two solicitors and do a variety of tasks for them, each and every day can be different and we see them as core to our teams.

Professional Support
There are many professionals other than lawyers in our teams such as accountants, human resources, information technology and we want to expand this part of the firm. As such there are a variety of positions that require filling. Due to these positions occurring out of growth we are waiting for the right person to come through our doors. If you have good knowledge of your specialist area, initiative, drive and motivation with the ability to transfer your knowledge and previous experiences to new domains we want to hear from you.
Asp.NET Programmer
This is a part or full-time position.
To help with maintenance and development of our own in-house database software. Previous experience in this field is a big advantage. The successful applicant will have a flexible attitude, be prepared to be a team member (now and then non-IT relevant jobs crop up) and be a good communicator. There are excellent prospects here and this is a new position therefore enabling you to build a good career.

Marketing Coordinator
Marketing is peripheral in any industry now. We require someone with previous experience to come in and make a difference. We want the whole of West Yorkshire to know of our existence in a matter of months and then we can attempt to tackle the rest of the country.
We require someone who can communicate well, promote the firm, use initiative and work well with our colleagues to get maximum effect. If you think you have the necessary skills, please contact us.
