We look after YOU

Sometimes if you succeeded in a court case and you have a judgment in your favour documentation is needed in order to make sure you get that which you are entitled to. A particular example would be if you have been in dispute with your neighbour about where the boundaries should be and the order then defines where the boundary is, but the neighbour has to sign a transfer document to ensure that the Land Registry will then update its records to accord with the judgment.

In that situation if the neighbour decides not to sign the document then you can go back to court and ask for an order that the judge signs the document on behalf of the neighbour whether the neighbour likes it or not. The Land Registry will then accept that signature just the same as if it had been by the neighbour themselves and in that way you will get what you are entitled to under the order.
