WHY USE US?

If you have taken somebody to court and got a judgment against them for the payment of money then the next thing you have to do is to squeeze the money out of them, or as it is called in the jargon, enforce the judgment.

By and large, people who get sued don't really like being sued, especially if they lose, so there is a good chance that the person against whom you have this judgment is not going to be terribly keen about paying up anytime soon or at all, so you may need to squeeze the money out of them.

There are various ways of squeezing money out of people, and sometimes not all judgments are just for money either, sometimes they are orders to do things or not do things. The enforcement menu contains advice about how to go about forcing people to comply with judgments or punishing them for not complying with judgments, whether they are judgments for the payment or money or otherwise.
