WHY USE US?

If you leave England and go to live somewhere else with the intention that you will live there permanently until you die then in effect you leave the English legal jurisdiction altogether and come under the jurisdiction of the country to which you have moved.

This could be the case irrespective of whether you take up the nationality of the foreign country in question.

This can be of some significance in relation to, for example, the law relating to what happens to your property when you die. In England you can make a will leaving it to whoever you like, whereas most foreign countries have restrictions, so if you turn yourself into a foreigner you will be subject to those restrictions.
