Provided you get back the money from the debtor you are entitled to add a contribution towards the cost of enforcement to the debt when you do so. Particularly however if the problem is that the debtor simply does not have the money to pay then you will loose the money you spent on trying to enforce the judgment as well.
The amount that you are entitled to add to your debt to cover the cost of enforcement is never the entire cost of enforcement, and in frequent cases it is a very small amount compared to what it actually costs. The excess is usually irrecoverable.
