Documentation

During the course of our acting for you, you may well hand to us certain documents or other items for use in connection with the matter. Indeed, you may already have done so.

From time to time we dispose of such items that we have without needing them any more. You authorise us to do this. We may or may not keep copies, including copies in an electronic format. You authorise us to do this. In addition you must indemnify us against any claim or possible claim by any person in relation to them or our custody copying or disposal of them, including costs.

If you request any documents or copies of documents from us and they are in storage, a charge will be made for their retrieval.
