The Costs claims sub-menu is about two things, namely:
- How you go about reclaiming all or part of your legal costs from an opponent in litigation; and
- the position if you are, or might be, ordered to pay costs to somebody else.
It is NOT about how much you pay your own lawyer, this is covered under the Buying menu.
