We used to have a certificate that proclaimed that we are an investor in people. However the company that gave it to us required large sums of money every year, and eventually we decided not to bother with the certificate any more.
We are investors in people and so we invest in people. We don't have time to faff about with paperwork and silly certificates. Real investors in people are too busy just getting on with it.
Beware of companies that have certificates. In our view it's a lot easier to get a certificate than it is to actually do it. We just do it.
