WHY USE US?

If you buy a house or other property abroad then each country has its own legal system with its own rules about these things. However. generally speaking your ownership of the property will be governed by the law of the country in which it is situated. So if a dispute arises you have to go to court over there not in England.

On the other hand, if for example, you use the property for holiday lettings to other English people and a dispute arose about that then the chances are that both you and the lessee will be based in England and so that dispute could be heard in English courts.

The rules on this can get quite detailed so it's best to take detailed legal advice.
