The rate of interest will be determined by your lawyer from time to time, may vary from time to time, and is not guaranteed to be linked to any other interest rates. Any preferential or reduced rate chargeable will no longer apply after any payment becomes overdue; the full rate will be chargeable for any work done thereafter.
