Background:

John Wilson qualified as a solicitor in 1986. Frustrated with the old fashioned law firm thinking he founded Wilsons Solicitors in 1991 and was determined to bring a new style of law firm to the public, one which makes law simple, transparent and accessible to everyone.

At Wilsons:

John specialises in professional negligence including claims against other solicitors and his Legal Eye Column can be seen every Monday in the Yorkshire Evening Post where he simplifies the law and criticizes those lawyers and establishments who hide behind non-existent complexity.
John is also asked to speak and give his legal opinion at a number of groups and forums within the community and Yorkshire area.
